Camilla Sellars, a former corporate executive with over 23 years of experience, understands firsthand the toll that societal expectations can take on women’s physical, emotional, and mental health.
In her personal journey of self-discovery, Camilla experienced a breakthrough moment during a family holiday in Bali in 2019 that led her to prioritise her own self-care and well-being. This newfound commitment to self-care inspired her to create Prana Estate Wellness, a sanctuary for individuals seeking respite from the demands of daily life. Camilla’s ultimate goal is to empower individuals to create more balanced, fulfilling, and sustainable lives by embracing the power of self-care and self-love.
